WHAT AREAS OF ORANGE COUNTY DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Currently, we deliver to Washingtonville, Monroe, Central Valley, Highland Mills, Rock Tavern, and Campbell Hill.
DO YOU ACCEPT HEATING ASSISTANCE?
Yes, we accept both HEAP and RECAP. Out team will ensure that your benefits are applied to your fuel bill in a timely and efficient manner.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment through check, Zelle, or credit card. Please understand, any payment done with a credit card will be charged an additional processing fee.
DO YOU OFFER AUTOMATIC DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer automatic delivery so you never have to worry about scheduling delivery. On average, we find that most homes require delivery monthly for the months of September-April.
DO YOU OFFER BOILER REPAIR OR BURNER SERVICE?
We do not offer any repair and serving at this time, though we plan to expand to offer this service beginning in the Spring of 2024. In the meantime, we are happy to refer you to a trusted, local repair service.
DO YOU OFFER BUDGET PLANS?
Our prices reflect the current COD market price. While we do not offer a budget plan, our team is able to average an estimated cost per season for a fixed monthly payment.
DO YOU PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICES?
Customer service is a top priority at Diamond Petroleum. Because of this, we offer emergency deliveries for current customers.
